VibeCast ingests source content (e.g., a blog post or article) and uses third-party AI models to generate platform-native social media content (LinkedIn posts, X/Twitter threads, Instagram posts, Threads posts, carousel decks, and calendar plans). The Service allows you to review, edit, schedule, and publish this content directly to social media accounts you connect.
2.1. You authenticate via our identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2.2. The Service is organized around organizations and brands. Organization owners and admins can invite members, assign roles, and manage billing. You are responsible for the conduct of members you invite into your organization.
2.3. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current, including your email address, which is used for account verification and service communications.
3.1. To publish content, you must connect third-party social media accounts (currently: LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and Threads) via OAuth. By connecting an account, you authorize VibeCast to access and act on that account within the scope of permissions granted (which may include reading profile information, posting content, uploading media, and, for LinkedIn organization pages, managing organization-level content).
3.2. You represent that you have the right to connect each social account and that doing so does not violate the terms of service of the underlying platform (LinkedIn, X, Meta/Instagram, Threads). VibeCast is not responsible for suspensions, restrictions, or other actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.
3.3. You may disconnect a social account at any time, which revokes VibeCast's stored access token for that account. Disconnecting does not retract content already published.
3.4. VibeCast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, X Corp., or Meta Platforms, Inc.
4.1. Your content. You retain ownership of source content, media, and brand materials you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant VibeCast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers for content generation.
4.2. Generated content. The Service uses third-party large language models and image-generation providers to produce draft social posts, images, and carousel decks ("Generated Content"). As between you and VibeCast, you own the Generated Content once produced, subject to VibeCast's underlying rights in the Service itself and any third-party provider terms that may apply to AI-generated output.
4.3. Your responsibility for published content. You are solely responsible for reviewing Generated Content before it is scheduled or published. VibeCast does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the policies of the destination social platform.
4.4. VibeCast may use aggregated, de-identified data derived from Service usage to improve the Service, provided such data does not identify you or your Customer Content.
5.1. The Service is offered on subscription tiers (currently Creator, Team, Agency, and Enterprise) plus supplemental credit packs, billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize VibeCast (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
5.2. AI-driven actions (e.g., content generation, image generation) consume credits from your organization's credit balance. Credits included in a subscription plan, and any purchased credit packs, are subject to the usage limits and expiration terms described at checkout.
5.3. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.4. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads), payment processing (Stripe), AI model providers (including OpenAI-compatible providers, Google Gemini, Google Vertex AI, and Pollinations), presentation generation (Gamma), and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those third parties. VibeCast is not liable for outages, changes, or policy enforcement by third-party providers that affect the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and underlying models' orchestration logic, is owned by VibeCast and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to VibeCast's trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.
9.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
9.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. VIBECAST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR PUBLICATION WITHOUT REVIEW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBECAST'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO VIBECAST IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. VIBECAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT ACCESS.
You agree to indemnify and hold VibeCast harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms via a connected social account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
